Really lovely hotel. Lovely big, clean rooms. Rooftop bar was really nice. Plenty of sun loungers available. Great play pool for kids. Great kids disco run by really enthusiastic staff.
Outside swimming pools were freezing. The lounge areas felt like an airport waiting lounge and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. Half the main restaurant was really nice and then the other half that was a bit like an overspill, felt like a canteen and the area everyone seemed to want to sit in the least.

Pedro the manager is always hands on making sure everyone and everything is perfect for guests.
Would have liked drinks in the mini bar but the tv was excellent with all English channels

whats makes this hotel is it's staff, they are so kind, helpful and friendly, excellent selection of food, a great family hotel, the hotel is beautifully decorated, there is noting that is a negative

Lots to do for families! Really nice hotel! Staff very pleasant! Food was great and conveniently located from airport (40 mins by car), restaurants (2 mins walk) and shopping area (5/10 mins by car)

Staff were amazing. Our son has severe allergies and they looked after us so well and made him feel really safe and cared for. Pool and facilities are all brilliant. We used the free bus to town and the beach too. We are really keen to go back and have already recommended to others!!

Hotel overall is excellent the only negative my wife and me had was in the main restaurant there was always dirty tables and often had to gat some to clear them so you could eat. The pool area is excellent and very clean and the rooms are outstanding and the amount of activities and entertainment are excellent.

Très bon hôtel très bien situé et endroit animé (restos etc) en allant à la plage
Pratique avec les navettes pour la plage et le centre
Mais horaires pas assez nombreux dernière navette à 16h30 pour le centre-ville c’est tôt .
Navette retour de la plage aussi pas fréquente donc Obligé de rentrer à pied de la plage soit bon 25 minutes à pied avec partie en montée depuis plage de Petit déjeuner buffet complet mais le même tous les jours on se lasse . Sinon séjour agréable en général
