A good location, near the beach, old town & some lovely restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The check-in process was quite lengthy & it's a shame they need such a large deposit but this was promptly refunded on checking out.

Hotel is beautiful with wonderful views of the beach. I feel like the hotel can be more accommodating with simple amenities. They only provide coffee and tea in the room for the first night. I really enjoy having coffee while getting ready in the morning. It's difficult to travel with coffee for different machines. I feel like this is a simple and non expensive amenity to have in each room. Also, they do not provide any way to press your own cloths. They force you to use their services. When I travel I decide each day what I'm going to wear depending on the activity and weather for the day. I wear 100% cotton and linen. Very inconvenient. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel.

Very walkable to a bunch of food spots around perfect location on the beach and in town. My only complaint would be that the two twin beds were not complaint is the two twin beds aren’t held together by one sheet so they kept moving at night.

Good holiday. Hotel is in good location to the square for lots of bars and restaurants however the walk back is not easy steep hills and if it’s after 12 the back entrance is closed and the walk to front is even harder. Also pool is small but adequate but a very few beds maybe 10 for the hotel so always had to go out and pay for beds elsewhere.

Nice hotel. Clean. Safe. Breakfast choice good. Bar shuts at midnight and not a minute past! Good rooms and bathrooms. Right onto the beach front is good... 120 steps down to it though (or there is also a lift near by!)

Frosty reception on arrival. Early morning flight so we knew about 2 o'clock checkout etc. Lady on reception then hit us for 200 euros security which was never mentioned for damage to the property or something in broken English then 12 euros tax for something else. Tourist tax we found out later. No problems came back after 2 pm . Rooms are clean and nicely laid out . Someone has a yappy dog who barks around 4am every night which woke me up . I was on the second floor so it was nearby. Breakfast is 8-10 but the staff are rude on arrival with a barrier and no attendant on the first day of breakfast -time 0940 so not being in convenient to the staff in map opinion. Very little left I have to say . A few crumbs of scrambled egg . Cook didn't look interested but his colleague made a couple of fried eggs. Sat down finished the eggs , plates are cleared as I was going to the coffee machine . I wanted to take some fruit but thought no they want to go home . Time : 0955 . Come 10 o'clock they want you outside . It was raining ! Went down earlier on 2nd day - marginally better selection of bread and scrambled egg. Same thing though at 10 o'clock - out please . No worries tomorrow we will be down earlier as we are going . Restaurant was over crowded and staff seemed to be banging plates in annoyance. Needs addressing. Overall disappointing and cant say I'd go back in a hurry. It's adults only but seems they don't like their guest to me .

Die Unterkunft war ok allerdings nicht mit 4 Sternen zu bewerten. Zimmer wurden stets gut gereinigt alles war sehr sauber. Lage sehr gut alle Zimmer mit Meerblick. Am meisten hat uns jedoch das Frühstück gestört. Der Automatenkaffee war schrecklich auf Anfrage ob es anderen Kaffe gibt kam die Antwort „nur gegen Aufpreis“ auch war dort ein älterer Herr der scheinbar der Chef des Servicepersonal war, mit Haarkranz und Brille, dieser war sehr unfreundlich und hat sich auch zb. mit der Hand am Frühstücksbufett bedient.

From start to finish we loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing. The facilities are modern. We had a room with a city view overlooking an abandoned old building, but we didn't care because the room was so perfect! Yes, there were only two pods for the coffee machine, but the supermarket nearby was selling boxes of ten for £1.50! Every single member of staff was charming. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. The bar prices were very reasonable. We managed to get a sunbed almost every day and we even got to try out the spa on the one rainy afternoon we had. The location is perfect, immediately overlooking the beach on the quiet side of wonderful Albufeira. We hope to come back, and if we do, we'll push the boat out and pay for a sea view! Many thanks to all the lovely staff!

Hotel tres bien situé,moderne,personnel tres acceuillant..chambre tres propre et spacieuse,tout confort,clim,frigo,terrasse.. A notre arrivée,on nous a donné une chambre vue mer,alors que nous n’avions pas pris l’option..un grand merci à l’équipe car la vue est magnifique.. A proximité de tout,commerces,resto,mer.. Le petit dej est top.. En conclusion,n’hesitez pas,super hotel,vous ne serez pas déçus..
