Very nice contemporary style. Good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast would be better if it was more English style. Also, the dishes in the room were not properly cleaned during, seemed as if only rinsed with water.

Amazing hotel . Lovely staff . Great location. I couldn’t believe how well the windows blocked out all the outside noise considering how close the hotel is to bars . The view you get from the pools are absolutely stunning as well .Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying to albufeira .

This hotel is very small only 32 rooms. The rooms are very good but, would be better if they added glasses ( water glasses) and a bin to the room. The pool is on the roof and has a pool bar. But the bar is very poor no beer, only cocktails. Breakfast is not worth the money, very small selection and some days they are out of yogurt, croissants. In my booking it says I am going to get 1 bottle of wine, that never came. After 18 oclock is not possible to have ice.

Convenient and very pleasant hotel

Not sure if the hotel is new, but it certainly has a new feel about it. Everything well constructed, easy to use and efficient lighting system and air con. Nice, neutral decor and a lovely sea view from the small pool bar area. Great location, really friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

10/10 recommend! From service, hospitality, cleanliness and location, everything exceeded expectations! Andre at the front desk was a gem, he made sure my day was special on my birthday! I was greeted with a bottle of bubbly when I came back to the hotel ☺️ Location was great for me! 8 minutes walk to the nicest beaches and a quick Uber ride to the old town! I loved that this place was so clean, and away from the chaos at the old town!

This hotel was great! We were only there for one night but what we saw was excellent. The room was extremely spacious with high ceilings, big windows and a balcony. Parking was easy to find and we were in walking distance of “The Strip”, which had a ton of places for eating and drinking. The pool was gorgeous, too!

Great stay at Vila Maria

We chose this hotel as it was adult friendly. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The blackout curtains were a blessing. The shower room was a little awkward and easy to leak water into the toilet area but that was the only issue we had with the design. The pool area was lovely and the continental breakfast had a good range of items to choose from. Special thanks to Luciano and Milene who were both super helpful and made our stay feel comfortable and pleasant.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the staff to the roof top pool, i dont have anything bad to say. We had a great time staying here, the location of the hotel was perfect. One thing that can be improved is the water from the shower leaking into the room. Apart from that had an amazing time staying here. Credit to the staff aswell for being very welcoming, would definitely go back again.

Lovely hotel in the new town. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Very friendly staff, hotel is spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooftop pool with spectacular views. Only issues we had was the noise from the karaoke bar across the street. Very noisy until 3.30am most nights so if you're a light sleeper you won't sleep till after that. We paid to have breakfast in the hotel but we didn't eat bacon or eggs. I mentioned it to the lovely girl at reception and she said we could get something made the next day. The next morning we asked but the girl on the counter every morning didnt speak English so she wasn't sure what we were asking so we ended up just going out every morning. Other than that it was a lovely hotel with lovely staff.

We stayed at this hotel from 22nd-28th of May. This holiday was for myself and my wife’s honeymoon. Whilst here my bracelet was stolen from the room, this must have been taken by one of the cleaners, as it was present until the day before our departure. I wouldn’t have been so bothered but it was a gift for me to wear on our wedding day, and therefore holds sentimental value! This was left on the unit under the television, alongside the matching necklace ( to ensure no tan lines). We informed the receptionist, the cleaners were then asked about it this and I was informed that the bins would be checked, I also asked on the day of our departure and this still hasn’t been found. I’ve messaged the hotel since returning home, I was informed this would be looked into and I haven’t heard back for 2 week, very dissapointed, The hotel was wonderfully clean, rooms were lovely and receptionists were welcoming. The pool and sunbathing area was beautiful and it was in a perfect location. Just a shame the bracelet situation let it down.
