We all enjoyed our stay and most of the afternoon we were out but we sleep very well thru the three nights, the only thing was the tissue holder kept popping off. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and Thank you.. beds were very comfortable and the sheet was different from most place we stay and it felt like home. Thank you for all u do 👍🤗

Property was kept clean and parking lot well lighted. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room is only bed/refrigerator/mini microwave. There are no extras such as coffee pot, shampoo, body wash, facial tissue, iron, etc. Bare minimum in bath/hand towels, and one wash cloth! I'm sure I could have requested additional towels. I believe there was a soda vending machine in office, no other extras! Propety is in a very poor area, Homeless people are constantly nearby. Many "street walkers" are in the area. This is not the establishment's fault by any means! I made reservations late during Balloon Fest, there was very limited options for hotel/motel stays. I made reservations through Expedia and ended up paying about $50 more than if I would have booked directly with motel!!

I have pictures of everything. There were live and dead cockroaches throughout the room and the door security was broken/ not usable. This place is completely disgusting. Manager chasing homeless people from parking lot, I immediately contacted Expedia and even though I have photo proof, their "relocation team" sided with the owner and they refused to relocate OR refund me. SHAME on this owner for these conditions and SHAME on Expedia for lying about the location. My trip was from California to North Carolina and back. This was the last hotel I booked through Expedia. I immediately took an Uber to another hotel anyway and will NEVER trust Expedia. State and County health departments will be notified.

After being recommended this establishment as a room to rent with no deposit, the front desk agent repeatedly tried to force me to pay a deposit at check-in until the manager heard me say I'd paid in advance for this room BECAUSE there was no deposit.

Room was dated couch in the room was extremely old. No refrigerator microwave in room coffee hair dryer people who were the owners were very friendly and very helpful. We were there for the hot air balloon show in Albuquerque.

Place was not clean at all, there was not enough towels for us, comode leaked at the bottom and went all over the floor, i don't recommend this place to stay.

Property is in very old condition don't know how its rated 4 stars. Curtains are dirty and old, floor is not kept, smelled like pot inside rooms

You are paying $50ish for a room in Albuquerque. You should expect what you pay for. The clerk was SUPER kind and helpful. They are very aware of the homeless situation and wish they had answers. The parking lot was very secure and covered by cameras. We left our vehicle safely for two days. The rooms are spacious enough and the tub and toilet were clean. The motel seems older and well-used. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel or are super picky, look elsewhere. If you need a cheap place to stay with no bugs for the night and kind workers. This is your place! It is walking distance from the Tingley Coliseum (probably wouldn't recommend walking it alone for young, single women or families). Great for young guys on a budget!

The room was clean the shower wall needs repair and the door latch sticks and doesn't come out until you move the handle multiple times before the door locks and last the switch for the lights by the beds does not turn the light on until multiple pushes to the switch.Otherthan those three things which were not a inconvenience the room was a good value for the rate. Thank you
