Sadly, this hotel was very dated, dingy, dark, and uninviting. Not at all what is portrayed in the photos. We spent as little time as possible at the hotel, and couldn’t wait to check out.

At first the property seemed ok. However after a short while we noticed bugs in the room and even on the beds. Because we have small kids, we actually left immediately and just decided to drive home. I will NEVER stay at this property again!

Stayed here one night. The property was conveniently located by venue. The continental breakfast had many options. Requested a wake up call, but never hot it. Overall we were satisfied with the property.

The carpet had not been vacuum. There were sunflowers seeds from the previous occupants on the carpet. Hairs were on the bed. Found a used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain. The hallways looked cleaner than the room I stayed in. The AC unit had a loud noise when turned on. Dont eat the breakfast. Food did not look good. Coffee was nasty.

The bedding was dirty. The floors felt haven’t been vacuumed. Maybe ketchup or blood on the wall between the nightstand and bed. Probably Cheeto fingerprints on the bedding. A strange odor in hallway and room. Checked in at 3:30 the front desk worker had to leave to go make sure the room was ready. Dirty towels and paper towels left in restroom in pool area. The entire property felt very unclean.

Check in was good, nice staff- but the longer we've been in this room the dirtier i realize it is. There is blood drops on the celing... White stuff down the walls.and on the chair..food around every inch of the corners of the floor..sheets need a hell of a bleaching, one has a footprint on it. Ive worked hotels and housekeeping before, these rooms are due for their deep clean. Not a 100$ a night room, feeling gross. Its too late to move, we are exhausted.

Staff was slow and messed up multiple times on giving me my room and keys and to top it off on my last day while we were getting breakfast we were rudely told only one person can eat and mind you there were 4 of us .... I will never go back to this hotel.

Reserved room with queen beds and got full size beds instead. The pool and spa were the main reason for staying in this hotel, the pool opened at 10:00 am and check out was at 11.00. The hotel can use upgrades in all departments.

I called before booking to verify the pool was heated, working & open, I was told it was, so I booked the pool WAS NOT heated the guy at front desk was nice he did call Maintenace who showed up about 9 pm to turn up heat temp stated it would warm in 30-45 mins, it did not my babies were really upset about not being able to swim spoke to another person staying there the hot tub was way heated she stated she had alerted the front desk since about 5/6 I checked in about 7:30 so the first person didn't bother to let the next one know I guess the room itself was decent size but was dirty the carpet full of stains as well as our comforter I had my husband remove them off both bed bathroom wall had stains & built up dust on counter top, not too bad of a room just needs a bit of a deep cleaning then maintain it, some comforters if staff sees is full of stains shouldn't be used anymore would probably give the hotel one more try we didn't get up for breakfast so can't speak any on that matter

The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful but the facility was gross. Our tub didn’t drain, the toilet would run like crazy, it smelled like smoke and musty.
