Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms, conveniently close to downtown and I25. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good—by far the best hotel continental breakfast I’ve had. The Belgian waffles were incredible!

Comfy, clean, vegetarian breakfast options
Would stay again! Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed. Bathroom setup not ideal for mother-son because of transparent doors. Otherwise, I recommend highly. Could hear cars racing at 2:30a from west facing room. Breakfast had much appreciated oat milk and vegan oatmeal and toppings available, plus a nice assortment of omnivore options. Easy to use bus system. A doable walk to campus if you are an exerciser. Two thumbs up!

Comfy Beds! Their service not so much!😒
Here for my son's state robotics competion. Thought I would try a different hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms clean and very quiet. No pool which is disappointing for the price. Front desk girl qas not all all friendly. No smile or greeting. Please hire people who want to work and actually enjoy their "customer service" jobs. This was a deal braker for me. I wil keep my business with Hilton.

WIFI NIGHTMARE AND COULD'NT GET ON
Some liquid spill marks on walls. WIFI absolutely under par. Too many on and cannot get on. Needs absolute speed/power upgrade. To work for ALL GUEST!! Curtain will not work on auto closing/opening.

We loved this hotel. It was the only one from the thousands we have visited that was well organised with not a lot of persanell.It was clean and the room was convenient and quiet without any noises. We recommend to every person or family to visit it if you are in Albourquerque.

Springhill Siotes
The Springhill Suites were beautiful and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. Obviously security is a big problem there but the parking lot was well lighted but not enclosed with fencing. The breakfast had the potential of being very good but 2 of the 3 food warmers were empty and 3 of the 4 coffee pots were missing and the other 1 was empty. I went to the receptionist to report the problem and she said they would be out soon but 20 minutes later, we still had no coffee. The Suites are very convenient to UNM and Presbyterian Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House is located in the Suites.

Bad Experience-Could not sleep
There was a lot of noise could be due to the wind or what ever reason but we could not sleep . I checked with the front desk and it seemed very not normal them . I don’t think I am paying 150$ for Marriott just to have a head over my head , I was expecting a better room , service . I would have been nice if I was informed that I would be having this problem . I am expecting a refund as I talked to front desk and they said property manager would reach out to Hotels.com and talk about it . Hope you guys can maintain your stand/genuineness in this situation Thank you

Good hotel overall
This was a nice hotel and a good location. It was relatively easy to find and is right off the freeway to get to where we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and a lot bigger than expected. We had a couple minor items that didn’t work well for us: 1. The shower water drains to the middle of the bathroom. Perhaps this is by design for wheelchair accessibility but it created a difficulty because you had to put a towel down as a dam to block the water from running to the door and then wade through the water to a dry towel on the floor at the other side of the bathroom. It was just very messy and inconvenient. 2. Most of the pillows were completely flat and provided no support. It took two stacked pillows to get the head support that a normal pillow would provide. 3. While breakfast was overall fine, it would have been nice to have just plain scrambled eggs and bacon.

Beautiful rooms but lacks cleanliness
First family trip with an infant. Got there in the afternoon and found an emesis on the carpet. Went to front desk and were told there is no one that can clean it there is no available rooms and they needed to honor the next guest room so the solution was for front desk staff to give us a towel and a desinfectant spray to clean it ourselves. Following day issue was addressed with administration and they changed our room but unfortunately the carpet was not vacuumed in between guest since we found trash on the floor and a dead roach

Overall, we had a great experience at the property. Staff were friendly, parking was easy, the gym was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. Will likely stay here when we're in town again.

They gave my room away. I even confirmed my book earlier in the day. Jennifer at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. She she not be working in customer service.

Once inside it is a nice property. Location is near many sights but felt unsafe after dark. Limited parking in garage and also outside. Had to park some distance away late at night. Breakfast very minimal.
