"Check in was a breeze. Room smelled and looked clean until a couple hours of being in the room in the dark and I noticed something crawling next to me! I lay on top of the covers for this reason and it saved me from being eaten alive. I sat up switched on the light, grabbed my Google tool identify it. Sure enough it's a bed bug. In less than 10 minutes we packed our things back into the car and checked out. As I checked out, I brought the fully grown bed bug alive in the bottom of a clear...

"This hotel is trying, but not exceptional as most reviews are on Expedia. As a reasonably down to earth traveler I was disappointed. I was considering this hotel and Arrive in ABQ. I wish I had chosen Arrive. The floors of our room were sticky, hair on porcelain toilet, dinged up tub, loose fixtures, and could see light under the exterior entrance. Bed was ok but sheets were not crisp and clean smelling. I’d pass this by if I could choose again. Not great."
