"From the friendly staff, the amenities, the views, and the breakfast was beyond my expectations. Close enough to town to walk to shops and various delicious restaurants. Everything was superb. The only thing disappointing was we were not able to walk down to the beach. This was not the resort’s fault due to weather and erosion damage they were repairing to keep everyone safe. Will definitely be going back."

"Francesca in maintenance was very meticulous and helpful. Both Victoria's and Jessica in reception went beyond helping me. The young gentleman who should us to the room was helpful in that we needed to ask him to help us with our luggage up the stairs as we are not the strongest and he told us he was not supposed to help. The women in the buffet area were very helpful but we wanted to have more hot entrees. The entrees were many and very delicious"

Staff on arrival only provided most basic information and we were left to find out for ourselves info about the facilities at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. "Highly recommended stay — the room was very clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The staff were helpful throughout our visit. Having a washer in the room was very convenient, and the clothes drying rack was a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was also well equipped for anyone who prefers to cook. Parking was easy and convenient as well. Breakfast was good overall, although it did include quite a few processed food options. My only suggestion for improvement would be more frequent towel changes,...

"Pretty faultless hotel in a nice location. Our room was spacious & clean with little noise around us. Breakfasts were really good only spoiled by the occasional rude guests but that’s not the hotel’s fault it’s the people themselves! Pool areas were nice, maybe benefit from a separate pool/area for those with children as sometimes we felt it got a little noisy but not drastically."
