It is in a decent part of town (north end) with lots of cute cafe’s near by without the hype of ‘downtown’. The feel is very much like an Airbnb. Access to the property was easy. "The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. It was very close to the waterfront, where we spent most of our time while there. We didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom. It was a bit noisy. The flooring in the bathroom looked dirty, but I think it was just the flooring material that was used. "The location is central to the harbour, close to food vendors as well as 2 restaurants. The property is quite clean. Our room did not get serviced over the 4 days we were there. The staff were all friendly and quite helpful. There is a patio garden as well as the rooftop view of the harbour. This is our second stay at this hotel."

"Excellent,luxury hotel adjacent to Pier 21, Seaport Market and the Waterfront Boardwalk. Room was very clean with wonderful water view. Bed was the most comfortable I have experienced! Staff welcoming and helpful. Restuarant and service was very good."

"the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast was good, there was hot water in shower, some gel and shampoo was in a room, but for toothbrush and toothpaste we had to make a request, no sleepers or bathrobes. the place is kind of old and dirty,renovation is needed. also, the towels were dirty, there was some yellow stains on it. I have no doubts they washed them, it just looks gross. when I pay a lot of money for a stay, I expect that they can buy new towels or wash them properly."
