"A wonderful place to stay in Murren. Conveniently located 2 minutes away from the train station, with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast is included and will not disappoint. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed both nights we were there, didn’t get to try their dinner. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. One minor detail I would change is the lighting in the vanity area. Spa is included, w/ 1 steam room and 2 dry saunas, cold plunge and relaxation...

"This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."

"We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice...

"The shower was not nice. It is very small and the shower curtain rod was about to fall down. The curtain was low and blocked the drain so it got flooded a bit. The bathroom is very outdated. "Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
