"The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare minimum stay- you are only going to get the bare minimum of everything. Of course, needless to say the advertisement was a total catfish! 😒"

"Elevators were down, had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs room should of been discontinued "

"Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast option wasn’t available during our stay due to ongoing renovation work in the lobby area. That information should have been published because we were needing an early breakfast before leaving to continue our drive to Florida. They did provide a bag breakfast to go but it really wasn’t an equitable substitute in my opinion. Had I known this, I would have chose another comparable hotel nearby which there are many of."

"The property was amazing. All the amenities were well worth it. It exceeded my expectations. Other than that I was not very pleased with the treatment from the staff. They told me that when I was attempting to check in at 2:30 PM that there were no rooms available that I had to come back. I came back at about 2:55 pm and they stated no rooms were available only to find out that my room was checked in at 8:54 am that morning so that means that had they just checked my name they would’ve been able to kind of go ahead and check me in, but they didn’t even do their due diligence to do so, which caused my entire experience with the staff to be unpleasant."
