"The hotel looked good from the outside. However, the ice maker was out of service on my first day and subsequent 3-4 days. Not only was the elevator service very erratic from my first day, as it was supposedly under repairs and service, it got to a complete halt on the night of June 6th. My room was on the 9th floor, and I had to take the stairs to the lobby and back to my room. It wasn't a fun experience. The Housekeeping staff and the valet parking staff were very nice, ready and willing to assist."
