"Long time returning guest to this hotel and notice the Customer Service has dropped tremendously. Disappointed with the room check-in and the poor excuses on the Wifi performance considering this is a 5 star hotel."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."

"Great location, friendly and helpful concierge. I stayed in a room where there is a connecting door to the room next door. The sound proofing of my rooms wasn't great as the occupants next door were talking and laughing loudly at approximately 2.30am-3.30am. I rang the concierge and they assisted by ringing the room to keep their volume down. It was a work travel and because of this interruption, I could not sleep till probably 4.30am. Did not have enough rest for my meeting in the morning :("

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal.
