"The hotel itself was okay, but I would recommend paying close attention to the check-in process before arrival.
The keys and check-in are handled in a different building, which is not particularly close, so you need to drive there first, collect the keys, and then drive back to the accommodation. This took quite a lot of time and was not very convenient, especially after a long journey.
To be fair, the hotel had mentioned this in advance, but I missed that information, so we only realised the...

"I came with my 9 year old son for a little day trip as he hasn’t spent time in Glasgow. On arrival, our receptionist was welcoming and friendly and she gave us a beautiful room with a lovely view of the river. This just made our trip really special and he’s already excited to do it all over again soon.
