I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Alexandria Hotel, and what really made the experience special was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Moatez at the reception desk, who welcomed us with a smile from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help. He made us feel genuinely welcome, and his positive attitude made a great first impression. I also want to thank Sharif from the Reservations team. He was so helpful before we even arrived, making sure everything was arranged perfectly and answering all of our questions promptly. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across people who truly care about making guests feel comfortable, and both Moatez and Sharif went above and beyond. Their hospitality is a big reason why our stay was so memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, but it’s the people who make it stand out. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to come back and would happily recommend Sunrise Alexandria Hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel and staff were beyond amazing so very helpful! My transportation company canceled on me 30 minutes after they were supposed to pick me up for a long transfer to Abu Simbel. The staff went above and beyond to find me another driver on such short notice. I am very thankful and will only stay here upon returning. The views are unbeatable!! 💜🇪🇬

Well located and close to many historic sites, with plenty of nearby restaurants offering diverse dining options. The only suggestion I would make to the staff is to improve the cleanliness of the beach and the water. We found a lot of debris in the sand, including cigarette butts and various types of trash. Smoking is very common, and unfortunately many people leave their waste behind. The water also contained litter, ranging from chip bags to other garbage. Perhaps the hotel could limit the types of food allowed on the beach, or avoid allowing snacks altogether, to help reduce the amount of trash being thrown into the sand and water.

This is the 2nd time for me at Sunrise Avenue Hotel in Alexandria. A great experience with a very professional reception staff. A special thank you to Mr Mohamed, Mr Ramadan and Mr Emad for their hospitality and premium service. The hotel is well equipped and well designed. Very private rooms location right in front of the beach which is sandy and very smooth to walk barefoot and enjoy the sea. The restaurant staff, waiters and room service are also very decent and helpful. This has become my favorite first option whenever I visit Alexandria!

It’s beautiful location in Alexandria Mediterranean Sea The staff is amazing and helpful and they really care about the clients the breakfast is wonderful delicious and a lot of variety of food I loved having my breakfast with my wife looking at the sea view and the sky I enjoyed my time there and definitely I will be there next time I go to Alexandria the only thing I have issues with that the cafe is kind of over priced and the quality of the drinks is average but it doesn’t have any effect on the quality of the whole thing
