"This is a very old hotel . The first room we were given smelled so bad . So bad that there was no way to sleep in there . The second room was better . The tub was dirty with hair on the walls . The room was really humid . I won’t be staying there again ."

"Staff were nice; room not the best. Stayed for one night as all other hotels sold out for a Ball State event. Room clearly had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor looked not mopped well. Wore flip flops during stay. Beds were clean but not so comfy. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Slept, skipped a shower and checked out. It served its purpose but wouldn’t stay again unless necessary."

"First the picture do not match what the actual room and place looks like. We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful. When the place looks rough and linens don’t look washed...

"For the price of $142 a night this place was found lacking. The pool was not open due to renovations, the room smelled so bad we slept with the window open, bedspread was stained, no plastic liner in the shower so it flooded the bathroom floor and entry. Would not recommend staying here, I have no idea how it got its rating as 4.8."

"We booked a king suite ahead of time for two nights. When we got there to check in, they said they had our room ready and handed us our key card, which had room number 129 scratched out and 326 in its place in a different color pen. When we got to our room, it was two doubles. I called the desk and asked and they said they were completely booked the whole weekend so they could not switch us either night to the room we booked and paid for in advance. They clearly had us in a room and switched it...
