"I have stayed here before as its perfect location for everything beach at bottom of road and shops are all within walking distance. When I arrived to check in the room hadn't been cleaned but as soon as I informed them they switched my room and put a fridge in there they couldn't have been more apologetic and even offered us a free drink or chocolate from the vending machine. I would come back staff are friendly and quite good value for money."

"We checked in late and were given a room on the 7th floor which is not served by the main lifts but by a conveluted walk along the 6th floor corridor and stair to the 7th floor. The room had a dog basket and two bowls on the floor from the previous Tennant. Both of these issues should have been made clear to me during reservation/check in. The air conditioning was the quietest I have ever experienced."
