we hired 6 villas for a long weekend. Perfect facilities for a group to get together but also have your own space. Clean and welcoming.

The villa was lovely and in a really nice area. There are some building works going on at other villas in the area so driving to and from was sometimes a pain but overall no noise and wouldn't know they are there unless you saw them. Villa itself was lovely and had everything you need. Personally believe some of the equipment bathrooms could be updated but it's the basics and covers everything you need for a lovely family time away. Baby gates at bottom and top of the stairs and plenty of room throughout the villa. Pools were perfect and never too busy, little one loved splashing around and playing in the park.

Great stay !
Located away from Albufeira town but close enough to get to by car or taxi. Beach 15 min walk , nearest supermarket 10 min walk, Zoomarine 15 min drive. If using the BBQ remember to buy charcoal and lighter fuel. We didn’t hire a car but used UBER which worked well for us. The appliances all work well including the air con in bedrooms but no air con in the living room. Great sports bar and a pizza restaurant all within a 2 min walk of Villa.

The last three nights of our Portugal trip were at Villas Joinal. To be honest we didn’t know what to expect as the price was so much cheaper than anything else we’d looked at. We needn’t have worried. The villas are clean tidy well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. The decor was lovely throughout although the bathrooms looked a little tired and could maybe do with a facelift. Saying that they were clean with plenty of towels etc. the outside patio was great for lounging, it even had a BBQ and was just steps away from a fantastic pool area. We were surprised by the size of the pool it was huge! Plenty of sun loungers and even a play area for the kids. The surrounding area has plenty of bars and restaurant. The beach at Gale was amazing. You are only minutes away from Albufeira and the port. There is plenty to see and do. The only negatives…..a rather huge dog in a neighbouring property who liked the sound of his own bark and the noise that can be heard from other guests if they decide to play their music at full volume, thankfully it was only on one afternoon and it didn’t go on for too long! All in all a lovely place to stay….

Not too miss villa
Easy to find and communication good from reception especially for our very late check in. Very clean throughout the villa and the grounds well maintained including a couple of pools and a children’s play area. Everything you need is in the villa including plenty of towels and sun loungers. This is not the place if you want high end luxury but for the price I wouldn’t expect it. I would definitely return and recommend.

Great place. We were sorry to leave. Swimming pool is shared between 12 villas but it was mostly empty. Little bit far away from shops or attractions but taxi to Albufeira is around 8 quid, airport connection was provided by most beautiful women Ive seen in Portugal and its around 50 quid. Id suggest renting car anyways. Great BBQ, clean, tidy. Living room furniture a bit old fashioned but beds are very comfy. My roommate was snoring so loud but I found camp-bed in wardrobe and moved to another room. Villas are very spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Great option for the money. Contact with host 10/10, nice and friendly.

Really lovely property, easy access to everything and a local shop just round the corner, 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach. The villa was a lot bigger than expected and had everything you need, we arrived late as our flight was delayed ans reception made sure we had instructions for getting into our villa, it was so easy, thank you.

Quiet and spacious. Very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) with private space at the back of the house, including a BBQ which we used almost every night and which was cleaned every morning. Only 12 dwellings in all which made it feel quite exclusive and calm. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Boas condições na habitação (R/ch e 1ºandar) com decoração e mobiliário recentemente renovado, Cozinha bem equipada (c/ máquina de lavar loiça e roupa), piscina de boas dimensões (zona mais profunda 160cm), parque infantil. Certificado Clean & Safe, embora pode-se manter o nível de limpeza prévio à pandemia (era mais frequente e mais completa).

Grande villa avec 2 salles de bains, cuisine équipée, 2 grandes chambres avec climatisation Salon donnant sur un espace exterieur fermé avec transats et table pour manger Piscine très grande et suffisante pour tous les logements avec pataugeoire pour les enfants ! Pret de lit bébé et chaises hautes sur demande Ménage fait 5 fois par semaine (léger, il faut faire de son coté tout de meme... ) et ne pas regarder les détails comme les meubles et la robinetterie des salles de bains et douches qui sont anciens.

Brilliant secluded villas
Quiet location,perfect for relaxation and getting away from it all. Would advise car hire to get about. But overall we had a brilliant 2weeks staying in our wee villa definitely will be back. Also the staff/cleaners were all excellent and helped every way they could.

Spacious home from home, impressive range of furnishings and equipment, very comfortable. Little extras like parasol for beach, coffee filter machine, lovely crockery, plentiful cutlery, bbq built out back etc would make this accommodation perfect for families or two couples.

Fantastic apartment within small complex of 13. Peaceful and very close to pool. Although we had no children with us I could see it would be ideal as complex enclosed and children could easily be seen at the pool from the apartments. Outdoor space to relax fully equipped with recliners and table and chairs. Eating out places within walking distance and small beach 1 mile away...steep climb back up though. Ideally a car would be useful to carry food / bottled water from shop and visit other small beautiful beaches or be prepared to get a taxi. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

The villa was absolutely wonderful, everything you need for a family break, beautifully clean, lovely pool area and gardens. Walking distance to the supermarket, beach and some fabulous restaurants. All of the employees were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be looking to return and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Perfect for a family getaway
Nice little villa, perfect for a family getaway. You so need to rent a car to grt around but highly recommended. Friendly staff.

Det var et skønt sted,med dejlig pool, og alt hvad du havde brug for, receptionisten var en dejlig sød kvinde. Vi fik opholdet forlænget med 1 ekstra overnatning. Så super.
