"This is an FYI review. Information I wish I knew before I booked. I chose Hotel 101 due to its close proximity to Terminal 4. However be aware that the free shuttle service only runs once an hour and it takes 40 minutes from the hotel to arrive at terminal 4 after going first to terminals 1, 2 and 3. So if you have an early morning flight like we did, forget about enjoying the breakfast you pre-paid for since it doesn’t start until 6:30 and they were still preparing and cooking the food when...

"We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax. There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly...

"I appreciated that a map of attractions was offered when I checked in. As an American that is use to breakfast being the day after you sleep, I was caught by surprise that I wasn't on the list the morning I checked out. For Americans it would be a helpful thing to know ahead of time."

"Great location, close to the Gran Via, but not as crowded. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious, great variety of food and everything was fresh. And the bonus, the Rooftop, amazing views of the city and as a guest you have priority sitting, it was worth every penny!"
