Not only the first time traveling to Iowa, but the first time staying with Grand Stay. I have to say that compared to Hilton Hotels we stay in when we travel, Grand Stay easily rivaled Hilton in all aspects. We had a King Suite with a tub, which my wife thoroughly enjoyed. And here’s the thing……. the great amenities, the King Suite, the truly lovely facility, and the very friendly staff, you’d expect to pay more than we did. And we didn’t; we paid about as much as we would for a night in a good hotel chain with a double Queen bed. And with no “club memberships”. Fantastic !!!
