"All the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very helpful especially the lady on the front desk when we arrived who arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3 am the next morning Had a great meal at the restaurant. The room was very nice, clean throughout and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel!! "

"Great place to relax before a flight home as location is 6 minutes away from airport. Walkable restaurant location with shopping. Reception was very helpful in recovering cell phone left in a taxi. Bar with optional light meal available as well as dinner place. Plenty of ocean view rooms with a large balcony. Plenty of room space for luggage and personal items. I would recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons, and I didn't even mention the golf! "

"Room was clean but dated, hallway carpet was disgusting with stains and marks everywhere, I complained to the reception and wanted a room move but they had nothing suitable and no further action or communication was taken, extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. Avoid if you don’t want to look at a vile carpet every day"

"The rooms are basic but spacious. The beds are comfortable and the en-suite shower pressure was great. Each room has a balcony. The food is ok, with options for varied dietary requirements. Nice having the option to go back for more until 1:30. Coffee was poor - better off going to a decent coffee shop. "

"First room I was put in had an adjoining door with the room next to it. There was a noisy child in the adjoining room that banged on the door in the middle of the night screaming. The hotel did move me to another room when I complained. But I should not have been placed in that room to start with. "

The gate by the pool leading to the beach does not work with the hotel key card, which is inconvenient. Deposits for items such as the private lift key are cash-only, which is unreasonable—card payments should be accepted. Dinner is served far too late each evening, and the breakfast eggs were excessively oily, to the point they were...

"Fantastic restaurant with a great selection of good food and very attentive staff. The best half board restaurant I have ever used. Modern hotel and very clean. Rooms large and all have good views. Room was too hot in March as Air-conditioning was not switched on and road noise prevents leaving door open. Hotel also poor at responding to emails."
