"Clean room, polite staff, decent parking and AC."

"Poorly maintained property overrun by homeless drug addicts that pound on your door in the middle of the night and demand you let them in. Staff was not helpful. The beds should have been trashed a decade ago. The AC unit did not cool down anything. Make sure you bring shoes to wear in the shower and an air mattress if you have to stay here. I can not believe they were able to charge as much as they did. Terrible place."

"The room was full of bugs and we didn't feel safe staying here, so we found another hotel and cancelled our stay here."

"My son and I planned on staying here 5 days to enjoy LA and visit with family. This room we were given was not clean upon arrival, the carpets and towels had mold on them, there were bullet holes in the windows, and the door had no lock and didn’t even seal to the frame properly. When we arrived the police were ALREADY trying to deescalate a situation regarding people who live there full time. Very dirty. Very unsafe. Sandy the owner was a huge liar and didn’t even offer to accommodate us."

"I only needed to stay one night. I got to the hotel late at night. Checked in..went to the room. Visually walking in it looked ok. But tub/shower was not very appealing or clean. The room smelt terrible. It was hard to sleep because it smelled and the fan on the wall was so noisy it woke me up throughout the night. I would not recommend this place."
