"Unfortunately the place was very dirty. The food was very old not fresh not kept in a hygienic environment or fridge. There was the same hair on the cheese that was there the day before. The place was shocking."

"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. ..."
