"As always, the universal properties are a great bang for the buck. Staff is super friendly and courteous rooms are perfect, Price is even better. I come to Universal every year and always stay on a Universal property have never been disappointed, I have no intention of changing that."

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"The property was close to the Disney parks and I drive. The amenities within the room was good, however the tv's in the bedrooms only pivked up 6 stations and thr dryer never fully dried anything put in, the ice maker never made any ice and at one point the entire breaker for the oven flipped resulting in a visit from maintence. The biggest selling point for the property was the pool, however we only visited it once out of out 5 day stay, because it was absolute chaos. No life guard and staff on...

"Overall the hotel is great . It's in a great location very close to all the Disney attractions. The hotel water park and pool is really fun and enough to keep the little ones occupied for the duration of your stay. The one thing I didn't like is that the rooms need major upgrades and better maintenance. "
