"When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

C'était quand même compliqué de ne pas être chargé deux fois pour la chambre et de pouvoir en prendre un autre et comme de fait il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible avec mes critères donc il m'ont donné Hilton honors.. tsé ça vaut pas tant mais ils m'ont fait la nouvelle chambre à 4$ de moins que l'autre grâce à ça so.. mais c'était...

"Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities.
