Stayed here for one night on April 25-26 Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that they assigned me! We all go downstairs and they said it was thier fault and they did not vhange it in the system that they gave me another room so to them the second room they gave me was available like what if i was sleeping or even didnt get back in time to catch them before they entered.. whos to say they wouldnt go through my stuff.. anyways thats something that should NEVER happen again !

Breakfast was okay but the swimming pool they have the classes there and my kids were not able to enjoy the swimming pool they have to swim at restricted area the pool is for the guest and not for the swimming classes really disappointed.

The room was overall clean, however the bed sheets and pillow cases had some ingrained stains on them and the AC and heating unit was a bit old. The manager on duty Raj was super helpful when I checked-in. The breakfast was very average - cold boiled eggs, very basic bread and bagel and I didn't really appreciate the old indian man who was taking care of the breakfast area constantly monitoring and going in and out instead of leaving everyone in peace. Seemed a bit excessive.

Overall my stay was good. The waffle maker at breakfast wasn't very good but there were other options for food. My room was clean and comfortable with lots of convenient outlet to plug in devices.

The rooms seriously need renovation. The bathroom was renovated but it has serious water logging issues with water marks all the way to the room’s main door. Bathroom door gets struck on the toilet seat. The mattress was caved in on side. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was served fresh.

The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was incredibly inconvenient and there was water always all over the floor requiring cleaning up. Very weird layout. We also felt there needed to be more selection for the breakfast. We didn’t even eat there on day two.

Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly to make the stay more welcoming. Also unlicensed vehicles in the back parking lot taking up parking spaces that could be used for patrons. Do the cost of the room, it was a decent room. Bedroom separated from the living room which is nice and bed was comfy.

This hotel is used as a halfway house. I am empathetic to people’s individual situations but putting kids into a high risky situation without making families aware is unacceptable. The cleanliness is absolutely not up to standards. The property had visible damage in most rooms, room doors that were kicked in, smoking was allowed and and furniture and cleanliness of linens were questionable at best.

Came with a hockey team, some left before staying due to condition of rooms. My room the shower glass door was broken, they replaced with a short curtain that let the water run all over the floor. Room service knocked early, I only wanted clean towels; they didn’t have any (so not sure why knock if not ready) never brought them as promised. My son wore white socks and took shoes off in room, after 15 minutes they were almost black on bottoms. Staff were nice and friendly. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this hotel is one of the lowest on my experience. Wasn’t much cheaper than higher end ones, so it was a tough go. Will not be staying here again.

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing, primarily due to the condition of the rooms and the level of service provided. The renovations throughout the hotel appear to have been done with very poor quality. The workmanship is noticeably subpar and gives the impression that everything was completed as cheaply as possible. This is immediately evident upon entering the rooms. We were first assigned a room with a broken bed and had to move. The second room, while slightly better, still had issues, including a broken shower handle. These are basic maintenance items that should be addressed before any guest is checked in. Service was also a major concern. I had requested a crib during my initial online check-in, yet it was not in the room upon arrival (around 8–9 PM). After waiting several hours, I went down to the front desk only to find that the request had been completely overlooked. I was told it would be brought up immediately, but it did not arrive until nearly midnight. At that point, it was entirely impractical, as an infant would already be asleep. If a crib is requested in advance, it should absolutely be placed in the room prior to arrival, especially when it is an additional charge. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations due to poor room conditions, lack of basic maintenance, and failure to follow through on clearly requested accommodations.

Room was clean and nice. Staff at the front desk was extremely rude, stood at the front desk to check in for almost 45 minutes, turns out the front desk guy was in the back taking a personal call but the staff in the morning doing breakfast was amazing. Also tell me how a hotel runs out of pillows? We asked for extra pillows upon arrival & was told they didn’t have any.
