"The room appeared nice and clean. Pleasant smell when you walked into the room. Accessible shower and chair for showering. High toilet. I'm a wheelchair user. Plenty of space in the restroom. Bed was comfy-ish for a hotel. Pillows were soft. Breakfast offered a decent variety. We had a pleasant stay."

"Tv did not work, air conditioner did not work, had to hold cords into outlet to work. Staff did not care at all"

"Location was particularly appealing because of the walking access to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had something for everyone and the staff was extremely attentive. What more could you ask?"

"Loved our visit. We usually stay here when we go to Iowa, but our last visit was terrible. Unfriendly staff made sure we went somewhere else. I contacted corporate, and they said changes were being made at the property, so I thought we'd give it another shot. I'm glad we did. Friendly folks from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Carpets and amenities are being updated. A+++ and we will stay there again!"

"I understand not everyone will have food allergies and can eat anything that is served at breakfast. I can’t. I was looking forward to a banana and some oatmeal but unfortunately the bananas were way past the ripe stage and had huge brown spots on them and the oatmeal was a watery soup. Gross. Ok well maybe just a tea, Nope not even a tea as the only type being offered was an expired lemon chamomile."

"We were put in the hall that housed dogs. One was barking and I asked to be moved, before we entered the room, and they were good about it. Did put me in a room overlooking the indoor pool, so we had that noise until 10:00. Otherwise it was quiet."
