There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. "The room was very nice and roomy. Pool was a bit crowded because that’s the only activity for kids. I was hoping that this Margaritaville Hotel had a large arcade for the kids to play like others. Overall it was fine but if you have kids you may want to stay somewhere else with a few more kid activities."

"The lady at the front desk that checked us in had a very nasty and rude attitude. The security guard went to get us a luggage cart to help with our bags and she told him he could not do that and she needed to call someone to get it. After we waited in line what seemed like forever when we had no problem getting the bags ourself. Then the incidental fee was $200 and I asked about that and she proceeded to ask me why we didn’t go to Hilton. After all of that we went to the room and went to turn...

"The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about...

It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient."

"The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place"

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."
