"Great Stay. Very clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Had great recommendations for great places to eat, and other entertainment in the area. I had an Issue with my room key not working and they were wonderful in getting me another room. Will stay here again."

"We liked the quietness the room was clean the lady who checked us in was awesome very sweet She is what customer service should always be... Now what we didn't like was the matress was very uncomfortable you could tell it was cheap cheap!!!.Plus no comforter just a thin very thin cover..Shower door wouldn't close ..And the fact that they charged us a extra 25.00 dollars which was immediately refundable but non the less wasnt disclosed in the booking "

"Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. "

"The property is spectacular. Only thing I found utterly ridiculous is the pool being closed until “next summer.” It’s Oct 7 and 95 degrees in Shreveport. I hope they read this and leave the pool open year round. Let the guests decide if it’s a good pool day in a Gulf Coast state!!! Website says nothing but the million dollar pool is all over it. Too bad it’s closed Oct-June. Just Dumb! …and false advertising IMO. Do better LIVE people."

"Every time I come into town this is my first registration because its always clean and the customer service is always nice I would refer family and friends to come stay in this hotel April very satisfied "

"The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby and room were clean. The decor is a bit dated but I didn't mind it. We didn't use the pool but other guests were swimming when we arrived. "

"Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town."
