The people there very nice, but getting to the hotel is dirt road and the room smelled like if they had fumigated. We had to open the windows. It’s safe because it’s gated.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA!

HORRIBLE! hicimos checking hoy a las 12:30, después jugamos una ronda de golf y al rededor de las 7:30 regresamos al cuarto a dormir. Fue una malísima experiencia, no había agua caliente, no se iba el agua de la regadera y olía demasiado mal, salía agua amarilla del lavabo, toallas estaban rotas y sucias. El techo estaba lleno de telarañas, sacudimos las sábanas para acostarnos y había cabellos, bichos y arañas. Pagamos casi 3 mil pesos por una noche, y decidimos regresarnos a nuestra casa de las malas condiciones en las que estaba. Ahora tendremos que manejar, de noche cansados 1:30 para llegar a nuestra casa. Mandé mensaje pidiendo mi reembolso, me dijeron que era directo aquí y ni siquiera se disculparon, cuando les dije pésimo servicio que ni una disculpa me dijeron que estaban en una llamada! Éramos los únicos huéspedes, la recepción estaba llena de moscas y tenían una tarántula atrapada en un vaso en el mostrador! Pésima experiencia, espero mi reembolso!

El dueño decidió que era buena idea hacer una fiesta con banda norteña y bocinas afuera de las únicas 8 habitaciones que hay. Cuando fui a hablar con la gente del front desk me dijeron que era del dueño y básicamente que me aguantara. Tuvimos que irnos del hotel a la media noche porque mis hijas de 6 meses y 2 años no podían dormir.

Me hablaron del hotel (no de Expedia) para explicar que por un error de sus sistema no podían respetar la reservación. Me ayudaron a conseguir una casa cercana (Airbnb) y nos ofrecieron amablemente que podíamos visitar y usar las instalaciones del hotel Se agradece la intención de cubrir las deficiencias pero se me hace una falta de seriedad que no puedan mantener una reservación y cancelen los planes que teníamos Más aún se me hace raro que Expedia esté ajeno a toda esta situación pues me mandan encuestas de cómo me fue en el check in y como me fue en el EcoVergel cuando en realidad no me quedé ahí.

El lugar está muy lindo, dentro de un club de golf, te sirve si te quieres desconectar un poco de la ciudad, sin tener que alejarte tanto, el personal te atiende muy amablemente. La limpieza de las habitaciones es regular, el techo tenía muchas telarañas, las sábanas estaban tierrosas y las de una cama no se veían tan limpias, estuvimos en una cabaña y tienen un cuartito con una cama individual, ahí no hay aire, entonces nos vimos en la necesidad de sacar el colchón y ponerlo en la habitación principal. Las toallas olían a tierra. Por la noche el olor a corral se puso intenso, quiero pensar que hay ranchos ganaderos cerca y la dirección del viento lo favorecieron, por lo que no pudimos tomar la cena afuera como lo habíamos planeado. La alberca estaba regular en limpieza.

Las instalaciones están espectaculares, disfruté mucho mi tiempo ahí. Solo que me parece muy caro para el servicio y la experiencia que dan. 2 veces me pidieron que saliera a buscar algo de comer a la carretera porque no me podían atender. Aun que mi reservación estaba para el miércoles, me dijeron que no esperaban huéspedes y pues no había nadie que me pudiera hacer de cenar, el único encargado disponible de eso comento que pues ya era su hora de salida y pues bye, me tocó salir a la carretera a buscar algo de comer. y en la mañana siguiente me mandaron al restaurante del campo de Golf. La comida carísima para el platillo y el servicio. No pude agendar masaje en el spa.

No service high price and false advertising

This hotel advertised 2 restaurants, room service, wifi and free parking plus breakfast. I don’t think the guy at the desk even knew we were coming; he had to call his supervisor to see about a room. It’s at a golf course and it’s really not a hotel, just a few rooms and villas. I asked about the restaurant and he said it was closed, getting a wifi password was difficult and wifi only worked by the lobby, you could park anywhere which was good and he said breakfast at 9:00 but there was no breakfast. We paid more here for less service on our entire trip. Google maps also had it located elsewhere so it was only because we saw a highway sign that we found the place. If you want to golf great but even tho the room was clean I definitely would not stay there again. No service for high price.

Rentan hotel para eventos privados sin advertencia

Visitamos el lugar con el único propósito de alejarnos del ruido y ajetreo de la ciudad, para poder relajarnos en la alberca, etc (cosas que claramente el hotel ofrece como sus principales atractivos). Vaya sorpresa al llegar y ver el lugar completamente abarrotado a causa de un evento privado. En la misma área designada para que los huéspedes se relajen se llevaba a cabo este evento (entendería que hicieran eventos de ese tipo si estos se llevasen a cabo en algún área donde no se moleste a los huéspedes que intentábamos relajarnos) resultó muy desagradable el hecho de ver niños completamente llenos de lodo meterse así a la alberca, tirando comida dentro de la misma y brincando por encima de nosotros sin que algún empleado del hotel sancionara estas conductas. Perdieron todo el control sobre lo que pasaba en el hotel en ese momento. Al momento de llegar al hotel te piden un "depósito en garantía" para darte las llaves del cuarto y los controles de la TV y el A/C. Ningún empleado del hotel nos advirtió que aunque hubiéramos pagado nuestra noche de hotel no podríamos disfrutar de la estancia debido al evento privado. De habernos dicho antes, cancelo mi reservación. En fin, mala experiencia. Lástima, ya que la habitación estaba muy limpia y muy cómoda (eso lo descubrí porque me vi obligado a pasar todo el tiempo ahí). Si buscas un lugar para salir de la ciudad y relajarte (como ellos definen el lugar) esta no es una opción.

Está dentro de un campo de golf, por lo que tiene extensas áreas verdes. Lamentablemente, le falta mantenimiento tanto a las áreas comunes como a la habitación. La habitación estaba un poco sucia. Tiene un desayuno incluido (chilaquiles, huevo, frijoles, hot cakes y fruta) que es de calidad regular.
