"The air conditioning wouldn’t switch to heat. It got pretty cold overnight. Woke up this morning and went to go take a shower, and the hot water did not work. I sat there and let it run for 10 minutes and still wouldn’t warm up. The room was in decent shape though"

"Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets."

"Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot"

"The host at the restaurant was great. but...We started in an outside room that had a very old decrepit bathroom. The ceiling was patched in one corner and the floor, and not very well done. The molding in that corner was peeling away from the wall and splintered at the bottom and very discolored. The tub was old and cruddy looking although I do believe it was cleaned well, just old and damaged. The bathroom also had a bad rotten egg like smell.
