"Patrick and Debi were amazing hosts.The property is very clean and well kept.They were very accommodating and personable and the grounds were very peaceful and quiet.Breakfast was delicious and we will always choose Shane Acres over any hotel when we need a place to stay in the Madison area. "It’s a very cute quiet little inn. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The beds were soooo comfortable and they even give pool towels on top of your shower towels."

"The folks who run the motel are very friendly and check-in is very quick. Nominal fee for staying with pets. The room was clean though a bit run down."

"We could not figure out how to control the heater. No glasses, kleenex, in the room. TV was great. Only one door lock worked. Blanket was more of a summer weight. Room appeared to have recently painted. Great!"

"Only property near my in-laws. There is a noisy nightclub next door and the grounds smell like cigarettes, but the price is right. They always decorate for each season and the rooms are very clean. Definitely worth what you pay! "

"Parking lot full. No one around to check in. Guy was not in office or in room. Some dangerous looking guys hanging out. We left as we did not feel safe."

"The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. "

"Clean room and it's close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The bar didn't open that Saturday night which surprised us because we were told it would be open."

"They allowed my dog but did try to charge me a pet fee even though the website clearly said pets stay free. "

"Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again."
