"Not as clean as it should be"

"The restaurant's food was bland. The fire alarm went off that morning, and no one seemed to care. We were told we could go back in before the fire truck arrived."

"The ice machine was broken on our floor. Had to go to the 1st floor. House keeper came early in the morning. It woke us up."

"The outside and inside was very clean as the rooms also. What I didn’t like was that I drove 3 hours from Maryland to get there. I enter and asked where is the bathroom and was told; We don’t have common bathroom. I asked the gentleman; So where do all the employees here defecate and urinate ? He then let me urinate in a bedroom that was being cleaned and I thanked him. It’s the first hotel or company that doesn’t have common bathrooms for visitors that might of traveled hours to get there out...

"The place was filthy dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. Teenagers ran the hallways and slammed doors all night. There's a broken down van in the front parking lot with people living in it. Honestly, it looked like a meth van. The hallways reeked of Marijuana."

"Fruit was old & low/out of protein selection , $3.50 to use the dryer for 30 minutes. Never communicated to Expedia regarding my stay length correction."

"The aspect outside the structure and inside the structure need care paint and remodeling a paint inside For person don’t smoke Viper Cigarettes or mariguana. The picture in promotion not the same."

"Older property, kept as clean as possible. First floor ice machine not working, and the second floor needed repair's. The continental breakfast selection was so sparse, we went to the diner around the corner. Available: 2 Cereals, packaged blueberry muffins, plain bagels and apples. Yeah, coffee and tea but no juices."

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."
