"Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on."

"Internet wouldn’t work in room or lobby, elevator not working, stair wells dirty, has ants, paper thin walls. Breakfast just ok. Refillable soaps in bathroom are a breeding ground for bacteria. Room smelled musty. Stains on bedding."

"As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left...

"The room smelled of smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and a dirty towel lying on the floor. The property was a mess - dark and grown up in weeds. There was a hole in the wall and the cabinets were taped shut. The bathroom cieling was caving in and had water damage."

"Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!"

"The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest."

We checked in seen construction going on all was ok that's a given no problem with that .. then the pool area was shut down also think that should be given a heads up .. there were moter cycles in and out Music loud as ever during evening hours we went to lay down to sleep at 900/915 and there goes the music I called down to ask front desk to ask them to turn it down there were people trying to sleep .. no one went outside as I watch from...

"Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going."

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that."

"5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom."
