"we only stayed one night being by the river was great, but they need to update the place felt like i stepped back into 1980 It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Outside by river needs to be cleaned up and the walk way near the river was very unstable...."

"The receptionist at the front desk, Mike, was great and friendly when we checked in. However, when he was busy not at the front desk, I asked someone in the office for my checkout receipt, that person simply said “You have to wait!” in an inpatient and rude tone, then shut the office door at my face without helping me?! The room was spacious, but the cleaning could have been more thorough: (1) some spiderwebs by entrance door, (2) no shower gel provided in the dispenser at all, (3) a big spider in our bathroom."

"I had a great stay for two nights. I was visiting for concert at the casino across the street. It was super convenient and there was quite a few things to see that were walking distance. Clean room and very friendly staff. The breakfast was really good - such a great inclusion for the stay. Free parking in the lot made things easy after a long drive."

"The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Offered to let me park my motorcycle under the front awning so it would be in the shade. This was our first time staying in Cherokee, usually stay around Townsend or Tellico Plains Tennessee but we will 100% be back next time we travel down that way. Nice quiet location away from the main strip, but close enough that we could walk to a few places."

"Just got back home from a four night stay. Perfect for our purpose of exploring the area. Great restaurants, nice balcony room overlooking the river. Indoor pool was so nice too and clean. Breakfasts had a good selection. Highly recommend."
