"Clean and enjoyed the hot tub"

"We had a nice stay at the Best Western Plus Inn at Dillsboro. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The only thing lacking was adequate lighting in the bathroom and living area. I couldn't see how to get ready in the mornings properly. "

"The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was cereal, boiled eggs, sausage sandwiches, cereal and waffles. No pool or hot tub. There is no fridge or microwave in the single queen rooms. Website says available upon request, which is false. The only option was to upgrade at $15 more per day to have a room wirh fridge and microwave. Otherwise, rooms were clean, I would stay again."

"My husband and I stayed overnight at their newer, Mountain Tower. While the room looked clean and new, the amenities were awful! Despite the near 40 per night resort fee, they don't even provide you with complimentary water. The room amenities were nearly non-existent. Topping that, the mattress was THE WORST I've experienced in decades! It was beyond soft...it was caved in, and SQUEAKED every time you moved! We felt as if we were in a 1-star hotel! Also, the overhead fan (A/C) system sounded...

"We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast!! They did not even have real coffee!! It was a machine with instant coffee. Plus!! They have us styrofoam cups! So small but ok because the coffee was terrible! No fruit. The Orange juice didn’t even taste like orange juice. The towels were very thin! The bed was comfortable"

"Would have been nice to know thst the place was being remodeled. Changed the lock on our door after 6pm. Had to go down to front desk to get jew key cards, after geing told we didn't heed to. First room had ants, and although they did gove us a new room, they couldnt be bothered to apologize. The 2 indivuduals that did breakfast were fantastik. Veey friendly and on top of everything"

"We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend."

Each room has a place to park your car, and there are chairs outside your room to sit in which is nice. This was a short weekend trip for us, but I would definitely feel comfortable staying longer.
