"I booked through Expedia about 2 weeks in advance ( May 25, 2026 ) our reservation were for June 9, 2026 - June 13, 2026. WHY would someone Not reach out and INFORM us of CONSTRUCTION happening at this particular site !!! Horrific. The staff members were nice and accommodating BUT THE NOISE NOISE NOISE. "The property was well maintained & rooms were clean, front desk staff was helpful when I requested clean towels & they were brought to our room in a timely manner. The hotel is close to everything 👍"

"Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites."

"BBQ Tools were not available to use. They did not have a spatula for burgers on grill, only tongs & scraper. Hot Tub Broken. Pool gate was non-functional. Dishes in unit for "extended stay" were minimal at best. Dishwasher did not get dishes very clean. bed was comfy, bathroom was fairly clean. I am disappointed in Marriott this time. I have always been a fan in the past. The free breakfast was not very enticing at all."
