"All things considered this was a great stay. However the property is undergoing renovations therefore a lot of construction. The pool is under construction and not available but there was a contingency plan available with use of the pool on the property next door. The water was down when we arrived but our room wasn’t ready anyway so we went out for lunch, by the time we got back water was restored. It went out again the next day for several hours due to construction but in the middle of the day...

"This was my second stay at this location. Both times were great! The staff were very nice and the room and grounds were clean. There is a near by Entertainment building that seems to like to park in the hotel’s parking but we were given a parking pass to put in our vehicle window to ensure we were guest of the hotel. I appreciated that. Overall, this was a great hotel and I look forward to staying again in the future."

"The welcome snack bag was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I would like to give Kyah Kudos she was very welcoming, warm and helpful. We were in a room where the hot water was not working, we let the staff know and immediately they moved us to another room where the hot water was working excellent customer service."
