"Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. "check was fast and easy. The check-in clerk was very nice, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had many varieties and was really good. One of the breakfast workers name Tabitha was amazing. She made sure that the guests was comfortable. She went beyond to satisfy the guest. "

"A few things. One of the beds mattress was damp. This caused further investigations to see that there was stains and bugs underneath the sheets we were sleeping on. Also, shower would not drain. My guests borrowed the snake plunger from housekeeing and cleared out a glob of hair. Shower curtain was stained because of buildup. These issues need to be addressed."

"Pool closed, blankets were uncomfortable, "the milk" at the breakfast was either extremely watered down or sat out so long it literally separated. The yogurt and butter were frozen. The only helpful people were the young lady who checked me in and the young lady who checked me out. I know the breakfast is free but the quality was horrible."

I was 1 hour late paying for my reservation cause I had to go in person to get money due to my phone being stolen and deposit it to pay the hotel. "The room looked nothing like in the picture they shouldn’t say they have breakfast because they’re wasn’t anything to choose from coffee was flat and no choice of creamer my first room was really dirty and I was charged twice"
