"Villa Flöckner is super convenient to the Hauptbahnhof, no more than a 5-6 walk. Room was VERY quiet and A/C worked great. A bus stop (my ticket was free) is just across the street and provides ready access to the Alt Stadt in 15 minutes. That said, the old town is not close, requiring a bus ride or a ~30+ minute walk. Still, if you go along the river, it is a pretty walk. Breakfast was good but not as varied as other places I visited on this trip. A word of caution - if you are mobility...

"Good location in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the old town and city attractions. They also have free bus tickets if you want take bus. Have parking and nice breakfast."
