When we first got there, the staff was very nice and helpful which was great, but before we walked into our room they mentioned they were having a "barbecue" outside that night. Our room was right above reception and rather than a barbecue it was more of a massive party outside and in the libby of the hotel with a DJ and karaoke. "Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire....
