"This is the 4th year that I have stayed in a Les Etincelles hotel and based on this experience it will be the last. On arrival the room type that I had booked had been changed- significantly smaller bed, different bathroom- plus lipstick stained glasses, no plug for the bathroom sink, a shower curtain that was not connected to the wall and kept falling down and robes and slippers missing. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain).
