"The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly. I would give the hotel a 5, I would give housekeeping a 1. The first morning they gave us clean towels.Took the dirty ones and emptied both trash cans. Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. ...

"Front staff was great. Toilet needs replaced with taller ones. Room was clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but all was ok. Not quite a Drury Inn. "

"It was okay. The only con was the sheets were stained with something. I think they may have been cleaned but they kept reusing the same sheets even though they have stains. They need to get rid of them at this point. "

"Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We stayed for one night otw to Atlanta. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Only con is it’s very close to the interstate and it was loud for me but it may not bother someone else. "

"Slept fully clothed even kept shoes on. Watched drug deals out my window and listened to all the craziness around me through my thin walls as I tried to get a little rest. Not great! "

"For breakfast they had omelets and over hard eggs. It was a nice change for the watery scrambled eggs everyone else serves. The pool was freezing but that didn't stop the kids from swimming. "

"This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

"Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "

"Wasn’t anything like I thought. We rebooked and the house keeper walked in on us and was rude she told us it was time to go and we stated we rebooked our room. She was extremely rude and unprofessional "

"Room didn’t like it had been cleaned between guests just “new bedding” thrown on. Blankets and sheets were full of cigarette holes. Towels were dirty, floor had stuff all over it like it hadn’t been swept in a very long time. Bathroom floor had spots all over it like someone had spilt something and it hadn’t been cleaned up. The A/C worked great, kept the room icy cold. No one messed with our vehicle, and the lady at the front was half helpful we had trouble getting our key to work and she just...

"This place is neat and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is how the office smells. The smell is so strong as soon as you walk in but apart from that, the environment, room, and services were amazing! "
