First class villa very big and lovely location entertainment team worked very hard did a good job. Bar and some restaurant staff need to smile abit more and food was not hot enough and not very good entertainment on a night time. Went A/I would do B/B next time as food wasnt good

Good sized appartment but mattress on sofa bed uncomfortable. A few ants but not a problem for us. Notice in room from hotel to explain that it was due to rural location and that they would deal with them if we asked. Staff seemed friendly enough. Two good sized pools (both with toddler pools) for families. Only one day when we turned up in the afternoon and couldn't find a sun bed. Our 5 year old enjoyed the kids club although 8pm was a bit late for mini disco. 2 year old was happy in playground. 10 minute walk to good supermarket at bottom of hill. 20 minute walk into town. Shower was broken but was fixed as soon as we told them. Drinks expensive if you're not all inclusive 3 euros for a small cappuccino in a polystyrene cup.

The grounds of the property are stunning, resort is beautiful, not sure about all Villas but ours needed some TLC. Walls, Sofa, Beds, bathroom work tops all marked, windows broken and we had an issue with Ants which was resolved on our second night. The pools are great, the snack bars are handy however at night we found it best to head to the old town for food. The shuttle service was also great however only operates at selected times of the day.

A Vila 163 estava muito suja, não gostei da atitude da equipa de limpeza porque deixamos 2 toalhas de praia e uns calções, ligamos 2 vezes e transmitiram-nos que não estava nada na Vila, tive que falar com a responsável para reclamar e foi informado que realmente as coisas estavam lá. Em relação ao restante, nada contra!
