"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"L’Empire is very centrally located and made walking to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Rue Montorgueil very easy. The staff at reception were outstanding! Sophia went out of her way to to help us. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of foodchoices. Joana’s bakery additions were delicious and she was really kind remembering our beverage choices each day!"

"Very pleasant and helpful staff! Room was clean, with a beautiful terrace balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was good and convenient for the day we were taking a train to visit Versailles. Great location near the Seine River, major sights (Notre Dame and St. Chappell) and near shopping and lots of restaurants! We visited a nice farmers market on Saturday, a few blocks away from the hotel."

"Traveled solo, so the room had more than enough space. Bathroom was a nice size too (double room?). Temperature in the room must have been just right because I never noticed it. Breakfast was really good and convenient, but I only did one morning so I could explore coffee shops in the area. Best was the staff. Helpful and friendly. Second best was seeing the Eiffel Tower first thing upon leaving and last thing when returning at night. Finally, there was a good mix of locals to tourists in the...
