"L’hébergement est situé quelques centaines de mètres seulement après la porte d’entrée du parc national Bocawina. "Property is beautiful. We had a room on the beach with a plunge pool. Plunge pool is warm. We were on the bottom floor so our pool was out back with a covered deck on the front that overlooks the ocean. There are two levels above with plunge pools on the front of the property. Air conditioning is great and there’s a good breeze that comes off the ocean. Staff are wonderful. "

The areas that could improve slightly are the number of sun beds by the main pool by Charlie's bar. There were 9 beds which were regularly taken but room for several more. "It is an older hotel, so that was a bit of a shocker for us at first. But the location was great and after the receptionist changed our rooms we were quite happy, we got a bigger room with a smaller shower, (not to small) and shady outside sitting area, we were quite happy. The room and bathroom were clean, and because we only stayed 2 days we did not need the room-service. They did bring beach towels and emptied garbage. The breakfast was good and plenty, People lovely, and a superb location. "

The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "
