"I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. "Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again"
