"The hotel was right across the street from the hospital which was perfect for what we needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! The blueberry muffins challenge the best bakeries. Definitely recommend anyone needing a place to stay while a loved one is in the hospital across the street"

"This hotel is showing its age. The mattress did not have a mattress protector, and you could see through the sheets that it was old and worn. The shower was also not clean upon arrival. Overall, it was an average stay, but the cleanliness and condition of the room need improvement."

"The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tv channels had excellent selection. Location was convenient for the parks, caverns and waterfalls in area. Breakfast was also good."

"It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests."

"The carpet in the room was a little sticky. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the room smelled like smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast in the morning was okay. Overall I got what I paid for."

"This property is beautiful and unique. It was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing to us was we never met or talked to a staff member. It’s an Inn which oozes hospitality with no one to greet you, check you in or show you the place. We wandered into the kitchen that had some staples type things for breakfast but certainly not a breakfast bar. We weren’t sure which part of the kitchen or things in it we could use. "This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible.
