"The room was clean and had everything we needed with fridge, aircon, great shower, and comfy bed. The outdoor areas are outstanding. We stayed in the Aloe Vera room with a private patio via a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The view was beautiful day and night with shade and sun. "The room was excellent proportions, the bathroom was extremely clean and I had plenty of towels. The bed was Fantastic with a great mattress and an array of pillows. Great amenities, such as a kettle, tea and coffee. I would certainly return to this hotel if I was returning to Altea"

"All was well after we got in… a little stressed because the reception closed at 5pm and it was a last minute booking, with internet almost runnning out of juice. Beware that Maps sends you to the wrong street! But a call helped and a nice man showed up to get us in. We had problems connecting to the wifi - it never happened- and the shower turne scalding and won’t get cooler again for way too long. "The property is in an excellent location with the rooms being very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. We were upgraded to a room with a very large king size bed with views over to the sea which was a bonus! Would definitely return in the future."

"Great stay in a deluxe double room! A huge room which had a kitchenette, full sofa, multiple chairs and coffee tables, comfortable beds, a modern stylish bathroom with huge shower and his-and-hers sinks, and a huge balcony (on the corner with a view both over the swimming pool and behind the building towards the mountains). Breakfast was plentiful and varied with lots of great special options (eg lactose-free milk). Staff were super helpful with some specific things we needed. Lovely pool areas."

"The lifts are incredibly slow. A tortoise could do a 100 yards dash in less time. I wanted a hotel with a bath available but along with almost everyone else it has showers only. I am a traditionalist. I want to soak luxuriously in a bath. Apart from that it was lovely and I will stay again (unless I can find a hotel as good WITH a bath)"

"We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. The only downside happened on a day we went for a long hike. We returned absolutely exhausted and looking forward to an early night, but the hotel played loud music until 111:30pm (it was a Friday).
