"Really nice hotel. But a bit of a pain to get to from the railway station with all the road and regeneration work going on. Why whoever is doing the work do not open the pavement area up at weekends is beyond me. No one working. But having to go out of the way to get to the hotel. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. "

"The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price."

"This was a beautiful country pub in a great wonderful location. We had dinner at the pub the evening we checked in and it was delicious, breakfast was too. All the staff were very helpful, nice, and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and and just all around lovely. We only wished that our stay had been longer.
